It offers a gentle richness that evokes a golden-amber harvest sunset, making it an ideal choice for beers with slightly deeper colour and any style that benefits from a smooth, flavourful foundation.
Use it up to 100% to add complexity, contrast, and malt expression without overshadowing hops or fermentation character.
