Kilned to a light golden hue, it imparts soft, doughy, bread-like flavours and contributes protein to enhance head retention, body, and mouthfeel. From hazy IPAs to classic wheat beers and even as a subtle addition to lagers or pale ales, frosted Wheat brings both functionality and flavour to the grist.
Use it up to 50% for a smooth finish and a classic wheat character that supports styles across the spectrum.
